Crafted in 15ct gold, this mid- Victorian Ring features 4 beautifully matched and fiery opals which surround a central emerald. Four small rubies sit next to the opals in a symmetrical design which lead out onto fabulously ornate shoulders, each sporting an additional emerald. As was the style in the Victorian era, the detail and decoration continues all the way around the shank with wonderful engraving covering the band.

This truly fabulous antique ring is no longer hallmarked, probably due to a re-size at some point in its life, but i would date it to between 1860 and 1890. It is currently a UK size N, which is a US size 6 1/2, but it could be re-sized. It has been lightly cleaned and is ready to wear!
